Bishop Mitchell Rozanski and Cathi Farr, Director, Human Resources invite Active Clergy to an informational session regarding: HEALTH, DENTAL with ADDITIONAL WELLNESS BENEFITS AND VISION

The Diocese has elected RETA Trust, experts in Catholic health care administration, with a 30,000+ membership, to be our health plan administrators.

We are excited to bring to you a new plan, from Blue Cross/Anthem designed to meet the needs of Active Clergy. As you know, Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Anthem) is a national network. All Clergy will be automatically enrolled into the Clergy Plan 1132. The new plan goes into effect as of July 1st 2018.

• The rates that will be charged to the Parishes for Clergy Medical Plan will be $874.04
• The Dental Rates will be $61.13 and Vision will be $6.62

All Clergy are asked to attend a meeting with Bishop Rozanski, William LaBroad and Gary Fornari, our representative from Gallagher Basset and Cathi Farr, to review the Plan design. In addition, we will review the new required ACH process to ensure premiums are submitted timely to the Plan Administrator.
